The Professional Development (PD) Consultant is a contractor responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, accessible training sessions to childcare professionals throughout Central Ohio. This role works closely with Action for Children’s Professional Development team to ensure that childcare providers receive relevant, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. This position is ideal for an experienced trainer who is a native Spanish speaker or fluent in Spanish, passionate about supporting early childhood professionals, and enjoys flexible, part-time work.
