Stephanie Romero-McFadden is the Director of Finance at Action for Children, a position she assumed in October 2023. With a deep-seated passion for community service, Stephanie has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector and served as the Accounting Manager at United Way of Central Ohio before joining Action for Children.
As the Director of Finance, Stephanie holds a pivotal role in overseeing the fiscal operations of the organization. She collaborates closely with the senior leadership team and board of directors, reporting directly to the CEO, to implement strategic financial initiatives that span the entire organization.
Stephanie earned her triple bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, and Professional Sales from Florida State University in 2014,. Her relentless pursuit of excellence led her to achieve a Masters in Risk Management and Insurance in 2020, further solidifying her financial experience and expertise.
