As the Director of Organizational Advancement, Natalie leads efforts to move the Action for Children mission forward through fundraising, relationship management, marketing and communications. Prior to joining Action for Children in 2022, Natalie was the Director of Marketing and Development for St. Stephen’s Community House, where she led the organization through its 100th year of service, and expanded volunteer programs, donor and funder relations. Prior to her working in non-profits, she spent over a decade in financial services leading banking center teams in sales and performance. Natalie is an active member in the central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and graduated from the Fundraising Leadership Academy in 2018. She is still an active volunteer in the community, dedicating her free time to causes in food and housing insecurity. She and her husband often find themselves traveling to visit family on the weekends, or in one of the Metro Parks enjoying a hike.
