Through Franklin County RISE and Action for Children’s Empower Awards, child care professionals have access to funds to provide child care scholarships and signing bonuses, and can also receive financial incentives for achieving specific child care goals.

Action for Children offers Technical Assistance support to licensed child care providers, including Family Child Care providers, who are pursuing their Step Up To Quality rating.

Action for Children offers Early Care and Education Programs for child care providers, center directors and administrators, instructors as well as Family Child Care providers.

The positive impact adults have on children’s growth, learning, and development is enhanced when they continue their own learning through professional development  Action for Children provides a wide variety of Professional Development opportunities through classes, special training events, networking opportunities, study groups and more. Action for Child offers pre-licensing assistance and training to those who are interested in Family Child Care in Franklin and Licking counties.
