What to Bring (Please provide one of the following):

• Your bank statements from the last 3 months (all pages).
• A Cash Flow Statement covering the last 3 months.
• A report of your “Accounts Payable” (bills you owe) and “Accounts Receivable” (tuition owed to you) for the last 3 months.
