The Analytics & Data Manager provides technical and strategic leadership for AFC’s analytics, reporting, and data
systems. This is a hands-on role focused on analytics architecture, systems design, and procedural clarity. It
ensures that data used for program monitoring, decision-making, and external reporting is well-structured,
reliable, documented, and scalable.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in environments where analytics systems are growing, and formal
processes are still being established. They enjoy bringing structure to complexity and balancing hands-on
