Christ Lutheran Children’s Center is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and energetic teacher for our toddler classroom (Age 2-3). The classroom will have 3 teachers and 14 children. Join an educated team of teachers who are working in a professional environment that provides a high quality early childhood program. Hours will be 8:30-5:00.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
Creating and implementing lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum
Working with an experienced team to document and assess children using Teaching Strategies Gold
Provide a home-school connection and positive relationships with families
Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) year degree or Bachelor’s Degree Early Childhood Education preferred
Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher
Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills
