What You’ll Do

Create and maintain a safe, joyful, and engaging preschool classroom
Support the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of each child through hands-on activities and guided play
Collaborate with lead teachers to deliver a high-quality curriculum that inspires curiosity and confidence
Build meaningful relationships with families and coworkers
Contribute to a well-run, purposeful program that truly makes a difference
What We’re Looking For

A love for children and a desire to nurture their development
Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
Familiarity with Ohio childcare licensing rules
A clear background check
Ability to lift 40 lbs and meet basic physical job requirements
