Position Description:

We’re currently hiring childcare providers who have experience working with children of various ages and are comfortable discussing child development with parents. A creative, reliable individual who encourages active learning and exploration is key for this position.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) year degree in Early Childhood Education required. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills
Columbus, OH 43229: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Responsibilities:

 • Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
• Creating and implementing lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum
• Working with an experienced team to document and assess children using Teaching Strategies Gold
• Provide a home-school connection and positive relationships with families
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills 

Rate of Pay:

$14–16 an hour, full-time
