Position Description:

Lead Toddler Teacher: Preferred: Individual with a Career Pathway Level 2 or higher through OCCRRA, has had previous experience working with toddlers. Lead Toddler Teacher will be looked upon as children 18months to 3years of age daily primary caregiver.
Individuals who are:
• Eager and ready to work with children
• Patents and consistent classroom management
• Willing to potty-train
• Nurturing
• Have good verbal and written skills. Comfortable with navigating computers.
• Be familiar with Teaching Strategies/ Creative Curriculum, Should Apply!
Individuals must be willing to be a TEAM PLAYER and implement ODJFS rules and regulations as well as uphold PPLC policies and Step Up to Quality requirements, to maintain employment. This position can be part-time or full-time.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. With a high school diploma or GED. Able to successfully complete a BCI & FBI background check. Able to provide a current physical/ shot record. Preferred individuals with some experience with being a primary caregiver to children 6weeks to 3 years of age, in a childcare setting. Also, who have or is enrolled into an Early Childhood Program to obtain their CDA and or Degree.

Rate of Pay:

$12-$15/ Hour (depending on experience and education)
