Pre-K Lead Teacher
Christ Lutheran Children’s Center is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and energetic teacher for our Pre-K classroom. Join an educated team of teachers who are working in a professional environment that provides a high quality early childhood program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
Creating and implementing lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum
Working with an experienced team to document and assess children using Teaching Strategies Gold
Provide a home-school connection and positive relationships with families
Strong work ethic and effective communication skills

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Two (2) year degree in Early Childhood Education required. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Previous experience as a Pre-K Teacher
Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Heggerty Phonemic Awareness and Fundations

Rate of Pay:

$15-$20/ Hour
