First Steps conducts observation-based assessments, provides technical assistance and specialized Infant-Toddler trainings.  Infant-Toddler teachers and administrators are provided the opportunity to receive one on one assistance from specialists, particularly those who are emerging stars within the Step Up To Quality state rating system.
