The Art of Positive Parenting (TAPP)
 

Funded by the United Way of Delaware County, the Woodward Family Resource Center is in partnership with the Delaware City Schools and Action for Children. The center's main objective is to offer support systems so that children and families are stronger.  The center collaborates with other service providers to meet the basic needs of families in non-traditional ways. The center provides access to family support programs, services and activities for the Woodward area.  The center encourages families to make connections and build relationships with the resource center and with the community.

Some of the Services and Activities available:

  • Ohio Benefit Bank: Screening and application program for government benefits
  • Free tax preparation-VITA
  • Financial Literacy Education
  • Parent/Caregiver Support Group
  • Resource and referral to community agencies
  • Community Computers for job searches and Internet access
  • Hispanic Services
  • Special interest workshops
  • Family Fun Nights

Drop-in Hours:
Tuesday: 1-5pm
Thursday: 8:30am-5pm
Friday: 8:30am-Noon
