The Employer Program at Action for Children is an enhanced information and resource service for central Ohio businesses and their employees.

Employees of the companies that are a part of this program have the opportunity to work with a personal information and resource specialist who will assist in finding child care and early learning options for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and after school programs and summer camps for older children. As an enhanced service, the Specialist will pre-screen vacancies and consult with the family throughout the search process so that parents can make an informed choice.
