Action for Children has developed numerous business opportunities to not only better serve the community but help raise additional funds that support the important work of the agency.

These programs include Circle of Business, the Employer Program, and Child Care Management Systems.

	CIRCLE OF BUSINESS This social enterprise of Action for Children, Circle of Business, is a membership alliance of central Ohio businesses that promotes balance of work and personal life with the mission of improving the bottom line and the health and well being of employees.
	CHILD CARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The Action for Children Child Care Management System (AFCCCMS) implements a web-based data information and outcome management system for child care facilities to track information required by their funding sources. The initial focus in developing the system was on tracking child care requirements for the Franklin County Early Learning Consortium (FCELC) centers.
	EMPLOYER PROGRAM Employees of the companies that are a part of this program have the opportunity to work with a personal information and resource specialist who assist in finding child care and early learning options for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and after school programs and summer camps for older children.
