Minute Menu is a system for recording meals served and attendance at those meals. The system is designed to automate the CACFP claiming process as much as possible. It uses technology that makes use of identifying acceptable, nutritious foods by assigning them a number. It also tracks qualified providers and enrolled children by assigning numbers as well. All information is then scanned and read by the Minute Menu system. The system then verifies all information and reimburses participating providers the designated amounts based on the claim and previously submitted information.
